Commissioning Manager – Building Energy Management Systems (BEMs)

As part of a recent restructure we have an immediate vacancy for a Commissioning Manager.
The Commissioning Manager is seen as a key role in the companies continued development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the companies commissioning activities and the day to day co-ordination and support of our team of commissioning engineers.

Other key areas of responsibility for this new role will be:-

• The identification of the training and development needs of the commissioning and service staff and co-ordination of a training regime.
• Streamlining and development of the existing systems of work related to our commissioning activities.
• Co-ordinating the Companies health and safety policies in conjunction with our external health and safety auditors and to work with our project team in the preparation of the project specific method statements, risk assessments and site safety management.

Senior BMS Service Engineer

Due to growth we are seeking a senior grade BMS Service Engineer based in the North West. Applicants must have working knowledge of at least one of the following systems :- TAC Andover, Trend or Cylon. BMS specific product training can be provided.

Customer Support Area Supervisors

Due to expansion of our Customer support business we have vacancies for two Customer support area supervisors. One based in the Midlands and one in the Greater London area. Applicants must have working knowledge of at least one of the following systems : Andover Continuum, Trend or Cylon BMS systems.
